Every move starts with the same few questions: what is moving, from where, to where and when. The answers become a plan you agree with us before the day of the move.

    Your request

    Send the form or call us. Tell us both addresses, the date you have in mind and what needs to move.

  2. 02

    Details and offer

    We go through the details with you, from floors and lifts to bulky items, and send you an offer for the move.

  3. 03

    Agreement

    When you accept the offer, we agree the date, the time and the access at both addresses.

  4. 04

    Loading

    On the day, furniture and boxes are carried out, protected for the road and loaded into the truck.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    We drive to the new address, unload and carry everything in. Freight follows the same steps: goods, addresses, date.

What can you move?

The contents of flats, houses and offices: furniture, boxes, household appliances and other items. Tell us in your request about anything unusually large or heavy.

How is the price set?

Every move is different, so we send an offer once we know what is moving, both addresses, the floors, whether there is a lift and the date.

How should I prepare for the move?

Make a list of large items, check access and parking at both addresses and pack small things into boxes. If something is unclear, ask us when we reply to your request.

Do you move offices?

Yes. Office moves are one of our services: furniture, equipment, archives and boxes. Describe the size of the office and anything that needs special care.

When can an office move take place?

The date and time are agreed with you in the offer. Tell us your preferred date and any limits on access at both buildings.

What kind of freight do you carry?

We transport goods by road. Tell us what the goods are, their approximate size and weight, where they are collected and where they go.

Can companies send a request?

Yes. Both private customers and companies can send a request through the form, by email or by phone.

What happens after I send the form?

Your request reaches us and we reply using the email address or phone number you gave us.

Does a request commit me to anything?

No. A request only tells us what you need. An order is agreed only after you accept our offer.
